Customer satisfaction is our ultimate goal. 

If you are not satisfied with your order or need a different size, you are welcome to return or exchange it within 30 days, It's hassle free. No hidden charges. It must be received within 30 days of your order to be eligible for a full refund.

1 Year Free Size Exchange

You can take advantage of our year-long free exchange service. This option is available for one time size exchange of your ring. We will exchange your ring free of cost for a different size in case of size issue. Please contact our customer service team at support@thegreatarctic.com for more information. We're always happy to help our customers.

Lifetime Limited Warranty

Your ring comes with a lifetime limited warranty against manufacturing defects.  If your purchased ring has a manufacturing defect (chipping, breaking, etc.), we will replace your ring once at no cost to you, as long as a proof of purchase and a clear photo of the defective ring showing visible defects are emailed to us within one (1) year of the original order date.  If a replacement is not available, we may offer another similar style ring at the same value. After one year, we will charge $65 for replacement. Please contact customer service at support@thegreatarctic.com for more information.

To be eligible for a return, please make sure that:

– The product is in its original packaging
– No visible sign of usage may be seen.

Products that do not meet these criteria will not be eligible for return. Please email support@thegreatarctic.com before returning the product.

Clearance/Discounted Products

Clearance and discounted products are not eligible for returns.

Personalized and Custom Engraved Rings

Your personal message is you and loved ones only. Personalized rings and custom orders are not eligible for return/refund.
